But something was missing. So we added employee benefits for private trips. Still, we didn't sleep well at night. So we developed a digital dashboard for managing the health insurance employers provide as a perk.

The pre-Ginger era

The insurance world was stuck in the era of fax machines and Excel sheets.

The world raced forward: people moved between countries, worked from anywhere, founded startups, and even married AI.

But insurance? It completely missed that flight to the future.
Digital natives shouldn’t have to dig through fine print to understand complicated service or get lost in bureaucracy. They need it now.
